Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, provide menus, and assist in answering questions about menu items, specials, and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring attention to detail and dietary preferences.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Serve food and beverages, present bills, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for guests.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:
- Previous experience (X years) as a Server or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and handle a fast-paced dining environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, familiarity with wine and cocktail offerings is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderate weights as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is beneficial.
