Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely billing to clients or customers.
- Manage accounts payable by tracking vendor invoices and processing payments.
- Handle accounts receivable, tracking incoming payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain a budget to ensure financial stability.
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions, generate reports, and manage financial data.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Respond to financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist in year-end financial audits and tax preparations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
