We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a positive and welcoming experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
    • Assist clients with appointment scheduling and cancellations.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
    • Maintain and update records, contact lists, and appointment calendars.
  4. Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
    • Relay information accurately and promptly to the relevant parties.
  5. Mail and Packages:
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
    • Coordinate the sending and receiving of courier deliveries.
