Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews, assigning tasks, and overseeing the execution of landscaping projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to landscaping team members, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and landscaping techniques.
- Manage equipment usage, maintenance, and ensure proper functionality of landscaping tools and machinery.
- Collaborate with clients, landscape designers, or project managers to understand project requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, and address any on-site issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and adherence to landscaping designs.
- Prepare reports, maintain project records, and communicate project updates to management or clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (X years) in landscaping, with a minimum of [Y years] in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, plant materials, and proficiency in operating landscaping equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
