Responsibilities:
- Assist in various landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, sod laying, weeding, trimming, and watering to enhance outdoor environments.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Support in the preparation of soil, grading, and leveling areas for landscaping projects.
- Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and assist in transporting them to job sites.
- Work collaboratively with the landscaping team to accomplish tasks efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (X years) in landscaping or related outdoor work is advantageous.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and exhibit a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in landscaping tasks.
