Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Recordkeeping:
    • Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  2. Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
    • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in financial records.
  3. Payroll Processing:
    • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Calculate and record employee wages, benefits, and deductions.
  4. Financial Reporting:
    • Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  5. Budget Monitoring:
    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
