Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients as directed by senior kitchen staff.
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in meal quality and appearance.
  • Help in cooking and assembling dishes under the supervision of chefs or cooks, maintaining high standards of taste and food safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas, including washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
