Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software and IT projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Software and IT Project Manager managing complex projects in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience in leading software development or IT infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana) and familiarity with project management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to strategize, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
