Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple software and IT projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience in leading software development or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana) and familiarity with project management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to strategize, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
