Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout that meets company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Implement and enforce loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure store security
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management or a related field is a plus

  • Authorize return of merchandise

  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
