Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage general inquiries
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records in an organized manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient office operations
- Support HR activities such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events
- Ensure office spaces are well-maintained, clean, and organized
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
