Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food service operations, including meal preparation, serving, and cleanliness of dining areas
  • Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to uphold high standards
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

Requirements:
