Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities, and ensure accuracy in labeling.
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software to record and track goods accurately.
- Organize and store items in designated locations within the warehouse to ensure easy retrieval.
- Pick orders according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy in item selection and quantities.
- Pack and label orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure and properly identified.
- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize delays.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to facilitate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Follow proper handling procedures for hazardous materials and other sensitive goods.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of physical inventories and audits.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
