Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they approach the counter.
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to customers, answering any questions they may have.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assemble and package orders neatly, ensuring that they are presented attractively.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and replenishing condiments.
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and napkins as needed to ensure a continuous supply.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and order accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and food handling practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer needs promptly.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the counter area.
- Follow shifts schedules and arrive punctually for assigned shifts.
