Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Provide accurate information to callers, addressing inquiries and transferring calls as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments, conference rooms, and meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory for the front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
