Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Execute mise en place, including ingredient preparation, chopping, marinating, and setting up workstations.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to detail, flavor, and proper cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items during service.
  • Monitor and maintain food inventory, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
